“…an old crop rotation trick.”

Miller Roberts, Newcastle based musician, has unveiled her own fine art collection of works based on her original songs.

Inspired by a significant songwriters block, Roberts has returned to her love of painting in an effort to connect with different aspects of her creativity. In the words of her hero Joni Mitchell: “Unlike some of my peers, I haven’t really hit a writer’s block. When I hit a block I just paint, which is an old crop rotation trick.”

Expressive brush strokes inspired by her own music, Roberts is creating a world unto her own, where fans can experience her songs in a brand new way.
